In order to accurately diagnose your problem, we need you to provide two files: "dxdiag.txt" and "save.dat". Here is how to get those files:

1 - dxdiag.txt
Go to the Windows [Start] menu, select [Run...] and type "dxdiag". Run each available DirectX test on the [Display] tab and the [Sound] tab. Click [Save All Information]. A file called "dxdiag.txt" is saved to your desktop.
