than Dynasty Warriors 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 +5 +6

Samurai Warriors 2 (and 2 empires) were great games. However, DW4+5 were better than the two. Especially DW5: Empires, loved that game.

The part of being better than DW 1 2 3 4 and 5, you're really right, SW with 2 games was better than the 5 first DW games. But DW6 is the best game ever made by KOEI, even better than Samurai Warriors and Warriors Orochi together.

How can you place Dynasty Warriors 1 in to the mix.  It is a fighting game and not a hack and slash.  And I neither agree or disagree with you on the rest; however, from 3, 5,and 6 are good in there own rights.  Just like SW 1, 2, and 3 are too

SW series slaughters Dw. Dw6 just confirmed that.  I remember when I introduce my cousins to SW. We automatically knew which was superior. SW had horse jumping/stomp and roll, Interest characters and lvl up system. DW 6 left a horrible taste in my mouth, thank good for SW2 on pc because it destroys DW4 hyper.

At least on DW4 Hyper I don't ROFL everytime someone decides to say something. The reason why the gameplay in SW2 is great is because they didn't put too much money into the voice acting, leaving more cash for the game.

SW2 was a good game.  But i whink SW1 for the PS2 was way better.  It seemed more intense.  SW1 had the castle missions.  SW1 also had Keiji Maeda as the 'bad boy'.  I wish SW2 kept Keiji Maeda's SW1 personality but instead they made him a big soft marshmellow of a guy.

I want the old SW1 Keiji back.  I want the Keiji Maeda that went 1 on 1 with you at Azumi castle inside the cage until one of you died.

Anyway, SW1 was better than SW2 in gameplay, music, and intensity.

That's my opinion anyway.
