I don't see any thing of Nene that realates to Kunoichi except the Weapon

What are you talking about? She has the kicks, the charges are quite similar, but there are some distinct differences that do make them separate characters.

wassup pretty much summed it up for me. and i love Okuni, she had more to do with the Sengoku Jidai than Nene. admittedly she had little to nothing to do with the rest of the characters in the game, but, that could be said of Musashi Miyamoto and certainly of Kojiro Sasaki(OH. i despise Kojiro, so they could eliminate him and i would'nt be sad either).

again wassup speaks my mind. i would'nt care if Musashi was removed either. i know he's a great fan favorite, i just don't care one way or the other about him.

and the only thing dis-similar about Nene and Kunoichi is their Musou's.

Musashi doesn't really contribute (did I just say that!?), but he could be considered a bonus character in the game that you get once you complete all other stories. This topic is slowly becoming Nene vs Kunoichi (again). They are both similar... I am not biuased to either, then both have their own moves that are better then each other.
And to help out those who think they arn't similar, Nene and Kunoichi have the same C2 and almost the same C4 (besides the fact you can aim Nene's final throw and that Nene's has an element on it).

Nene is just...annoying. Helium voice, only a barely better historical choice than Kunoichi because she lived, and she stole Kunoichi's moveset. Dresses pretty oddly for a mother, too.

As far as Musashi goes, he's insignificant to me game-wise.  I'd definately like to keep Sasaki Kojiro around, though.

if Musashi was gone, why in the world would you want to keep Koijro? he has nothing what-so-ever to do with the rest of the cast. Musashi is his only link to the the story at all, and that was to meet him and get killed by him. besides, in Kojiro KOEI has made one of their worst characters ever, IMHO. he looks horrible: over-the-top tranny-pirate-vampire, and i do not "get" the whole magic dimensional sword-even more unrealistic than Ieyasu's cannon spear thingee.  he looks more like he belongs in Devil May Cry than a feudal era Japanese game.

The reason I'd like to keep him is, as I said in some other thread, I would like more "evil" characters.  Think of the role Kojiro played in SW2, then think of that of Kotaro.  Are they really all that different?  If Kojiro is superfluous, then so is Kotaro.

And I agree that Kojiro's looks leave something to be desired, but who can say why Koei designs characters the way they do?  Speaking of that, here's another comparison.  Kojiro v. Zhang He.  Take Zhang He, redden his lips, make him pale, and give him a sword.  You've got Kojiro.

i guess i just REALLY dislike the whole Marilyn Manson psycho-blood-thirsty-goth thing. it's just pointless to me. i lived through the original goth movement and participated in it. the revival seems to have left me cold and bland. it's all shock factor and artifice.

OOOHHH! i don't know. Zhang He is far more entertaining to me than Sasaki and Zhang He is effortlessly cool in a way that Kojiro can only hope to aspire to. it's hard for me to be objective tho', i despise Kojiro so much and think he's useless in the SW storyline(there are so many others who deserved inclusion more) and Zhang He is one of my favorite KOEI characters ever.

See, now I have to disagree...I think Kojiro has just as much style as Zhang He. They are both amazing in their own happy ways....it's just a case of Zhang He dancing with you and Kojiro dancing, stabbing you and drinking your blood.

i dont have a problem with nene as long as they change her weapon i dont make her with this whole persona of ill spank you business

kunoinchi came first so she should keep her weapon

and with musashi you cant get rid of him because of his blood feud with kojiro thats like taking out zhang liao or guan yu

you just dont do that

But Guan Yu and Zhang Liao have actual value to the Dynasty Warriors series, while Kojiro and Musashi are just there. They have no interaction with the major players of the game (I'm still wondering why Musashi is at Sekigahara and Osaka. I don't believe a word of his biography...) no historical basis to work on a story, and Musashi's story and probably Kojiro's as well will be focused on killing each other.
