Yukimura is pretty easy
a shop on the bottom left portion of the map will appear
take over the shop and u get the weapon
Im not sure about kanetsugu naoe and yasumasa sakakibara, I killed them and still got it
U get better stats on the weapon if u beat in chaos, but Nobunaga is VERY hard to kill in chaos with Noh and other officers around him. Took me two tries but I got it

This is a compilation of what I have found on the Gamefaqs boards and this board.  As far as I know, every character is represented below.  I have not tested these though, except for Yukimura Sanada's, which does work. I hope this is useful.

Yukimura Sanada- Assault on the Midwest
Method: with Kanetsugu Naoe and Yasumasa Sakakibara alive, defeat all enemy generals (not sure if subofficers count, but since they appear before the main officers, it's better to defeat them just in case) except Oda Nobunaga UNDER 20 TURNS (20th turn included) - Precious item report
Nobunaga Oda- Nobunaga's Ambition - Northern Campaign
Method: With all ally generals surviving, takeover the gate where Yukimura is guarding initially OR the gate where Kenshin is guarding initially. Personally I think the Kenshin route is easier. (lower path) - Precious Item Report
Tadakatsu Honda Ieyasu's Volition - Dissension in Shinano
Method: Achieve 1000 KOs - Precious Item Report
Magoichi Saika-Escape from Kyushu
Method: Take the CENTRAL port to the other half of the map (where the cannons located). Defeat every enemy officer except Keiji's unit, INCLUDING subofficers. Take out the Cannons using the Sabotage Charm as well.
Special Note: During the early course of the stage, you'll obtain a Breach Charm. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use it to open the side gates. You'll need it to get to the special weapon.
Ina-Ieyasu's Volition - Revolt in Mikawa
at 12 rounds or below…
kill the enemy generals in this order:
1) Nagateru Udono
2) Sessai Taigen
3) Yasutomo Asahina
4) Ujizan Imagawa
5) the 4 backup generals,in a clockwise order from the top left.
6) if 2 or more generals are in a same battle, you still have to follow the orders.

Okuni-Okuni and Goemon - Flight from the Capital
Method: Find all 15 treasure houses within 15 turns - Hideyoshi shows up - defeat him - precious item obtained directly
   Can be in the shape of a W, G, or heart

Kill all 6 enemy officers (you have to kill them, not your allies) before the main officer arrives (which happens in 15 turns)
Oichi- The Oda's Conquest - Battle of Anegawa
Method: WITHOUT using Valve Charm, defeat Kazumasa Isono and Kagenori Asakura - precious item report
Keiji- Encounter in the northwest
activiate the first valve charm in less than 4 turns then kill kenshin when he appears. u get the weapon autmatically with no house u just get it(keiji or gomz say thank you to me for concentrating on this one first)
Geomon Ishikawa-Goemon and Okuni - Dance at Shijogawara
Method - After defeating re-spawned Miscreant units 10 TIMES - precious item report
Kunoichi-Rise of the Takeda - Costly Passage
Method - Overtake the Strongholds in all 3 islands WITHIN 10 turns (Boost 3 is recommended)- precious item report
Shingen Takeda-Rise of the Takeda - Costly Passage
Method - Overtake the Strongholds in all 3 islands WITHIN 10 turns (Boost 3 is
recommended)- precious item report
Noh-Mr. and Mrs. Oda - Nobunaga's Flight
Method - after defeating Goemon Ishikawa and capture EVERY Stronghold, defeat Saika Magoichi - precious item report
Hanzo Hattori-Enter the Tokugawa - Iga Resistance
Method - defeat Yoshinari Mori, Kazumasu Takigawa, Ukon Takayama and Noh within 8 turns, defeat Kotarou Fuuma who appears afterwards (Noh must be killed last) - precious item report (weapon is located below 1 and right 2 of Noh's initial position)

Yoshimoto Imigawa-2nd story where u gotta reach the checkpoint, i think u all have to get there in 20 turns and you automatically get it though i'm not sure, kenshin and date must reach it as well

Actually... I got mitsuhide's 4th in free mode. If you are attempting to get this weapon, here is a good set of starting charms:
1. Any boost
2. Any haste
3.Any damage cards, preferablly poison 3.

When I did it, I forgot to take out this major, so I used Recapture 3, a paralyze and fire 3 to make sure he didn't take the base.

i have problems getting yukimura's 4th weapon....in 20 turns.....it's impossible...
do anyone have any strategy on it?

There are no 5th weapons in this game right?
Just trying to make sure i do not have to touch Chaos mode for any reason..
