IGN posted that a few publishers have announced preliminary lineups for TGS 2010:

Tecmo Koei
Tecmo Koei's TGS lineup includes a few games that were scheduled for release earlier this year but ended up being delayed.

Playable titles include Trinity Zill O'll (PS3), Troy Musou (PS3/X360), Quantum Theory (PS3/X360), Ishin no Arashi Shippuu Ryoumaden (DS), Winning Post 7 2010 (PS3/X360), Nobunaga's Ambition Online (PS2/Win), Uncharted Waters Online (PS3/Win) and Dynasty Warriors Online (PS3/Win).

Tecmo Koei will also be holding a Dynasty Warriors cosplay contest to commemorate the franchise's 10th anniversary.

Sega
Sega is promising playable Vanquish (PS3/X360), Virtual On Force (X360), Sonic Colors (Wii/DS), Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity (PSP), Black Panther Yakuza New Chapter (PSP), Shining Hearts (PSP) and K-On After School Live (PSP).

As it does every year, Sega will also house games from its partner publishers. This year, the Sega booth will host playable versions of Shiren the Wander 5 (Chunsoft, DS), F1 2010 (Codemasters), Bullet Soul (5pb., X360) and Arcana Heart 3 (Arc System Works, PS3/X360). Take-Two's Japanese division will show a video of Mafia II.

Sega opened up a TGS portal today with videos and screens for many of the games. The portal appears to have slots for a couple of additional surprises (http://tgs.sega.jp/2010/).

Konami
Konami will be showing Castlevania Lords of Shadow (PS3/X360), Tongari Boushi to Mahou to Omise (aka Magician's Quest, DS), Metal Gear Solid Rising (PS3/X360), DanceEvolution (X360), Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker (PSP), Zack to Ombra Maboroshi no Yuenchi (DS), Crossboard 7 (X360), and Otomedeus X (X360). It's unclear what will be playable and what will be video only. Peace Walker is presumably on the list because of a tournament.

Appearing in the Konami booth from partner publishers are Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki (Falcom, PSP), Catherine (Atlus, PS3/X360), Metal Fight Beyblade (Hudson, DS), Metal Fight Beyblade Portable (Hudson, PSP), Momotaro Dentetsu World (Hudson, DS) and UFC Undisputed 2010 (Yukes, PS3/X360). It's unclear what will be playable here as well.

In terms of stage events, the company will have its Peace Walker tournament and an official Metal Gear cosplay competition. The Castlevania Japanese voice cast, comprised of Metal Gear Solid voice actors, will also appear for a talk event.

Konami also has a TGS special site, but it's not in its final form (http://www.konami.jp/tgs/index.html).

Level-5
The Professor Layton studio will be showing off many of its long awaited titles in playable form. These include Ni no Kuni (DS), Ni no Kuni (PS3), Ni no Kuni Hotroit Stories (Mobile), Mystery Room (DS) and Danbol Senki (PSP). Level-5 also says to expect a "secret" game to be announced on the 15th, just prior to the start of the show.

Studio Ghibli tie-up Ni no Kuni appears to be the focus of the Level-5 booth this year. In addition to the playable debut of the PS3 version, which was announced just a couple of months back, Level-5 has designed its booth in the image of the game.

You can get a first glimpse at the booth design at Level-5's TGS page (http://www.level5.co.jp/tgs2010/).

Seems Koei's going more and more towards the MMO route, which really disappoints me. I've never been a fan of MMOs because I don't play games more than an hour or two each day, and some days not at all. It's frustrating to know that my competition (so to speak) can progress in the game a lot faster than I can simply because they have more free time than I do.

To be precise in case anyone's confused Tongue it's the 10th anniversary of Shin Sangoku Musou not Dynasty Warriors as Shin Sangoku Musou if you're not aware is DW2,so it's techinally a different series in Japan compared to the first.

From what I've seen Banpresto will be showing Super Robot Wars L, Capcom will be showing more MVC3 and a new Monster Hunter Portable and Sony will be showing LBP2 and Motorstorm 3, so that's where my attention will likely be focusing on.

I am really hoping Koei make a surprise announcement at TGS concerning Dynasty Warriors 7, as it's Shin Sangoku Musou's 10th anniversary. To be honest that's about all I'll be paying attention to.
