As i keep saying, the new lubu looks great, and his new weapon too. if anyone looks like there from the rocky horror picter show its zhang he.

Zhang he has almost always been depicted as a metro-sexual. I think he was best shown as the beutiful warrior in DW4. Lu Bu is not such a character and making him look like one with the over the top armor, weapons and make-up leaves much to be desired.

Saying you disagree with my opinion, doesn't change my mind. So, you'll have to leave it at that, and learn others may have different opinions.

The new weapons they added are cool, but most of everybody have the same weapon.

I miss Zhou Tai's long samurai sword he was way faster with it,now he has this small sword which is not that great at all.

Zhang He, I just don't know what to say about his weapon.

Ling Tong's dw5 nunchakus were awesome, he brought something new to the battlefield,He needs them back and with a better move set

Too me most of the old weapons were better.

I mentioned this before, and I'll do it again. All Koie has to do, is allow the player to choose the weapon/moveset for the character, much like a CAW. I'm all for that.

They need more weapons also. I want the shooting star to be added among others mentioned in the novel.

I think that Koei should give the characters a weapon that they would have actually had in history.  Huang Zhong is the one character that really deserved a bow and SSX and Yue Ying get one instead of him.  Xiahou Yuan got a really slow moveset and in history he was really quick.  I think he should have a short sword.
Also, I want Lu Bu to get his old halberd back.  The weapon he has now doesn't seem to really fit him.

An idea for a new weapon (I'm sorry if it was mentioned previously but 59 pages is a lot to see if one has been suggested before)

Hook Swords.

I hate Wei Yans new weapon its ripe from Xu Zhu!!!!
They should of gave Wei Yan 2 twin vulgats like Lu Bu!
and why did they change there weapon that was a horrible move. it basicly killed the whole point of both creaters!
Wei Yan was my favorite character and my main now its screwed over by this...

I think it's better both of the new and the old weapons will be in this game and the player should able to choose which ones they want to use. . .
And about Lu Bu,his new weapon is to small. I mean it's better if they make it long and bigger so the weapon fits him right? Huh

I disagree with anyone who says that everyone should be given historically accurate weapons. If you want a Three Kingdoms game with historic accuracy, play RotTK...

Anyway, I think Koei should keep everyone's weapons as they are, except for any cloned characters. All clones should be given new weapons (be it their old DW3-5 weapons, or grand-spankin' new ones).

That's all well and good, but what if I want a hack and slash game with historical weapons? What am I supposed to play?

Historically accurate weapons are boring. The games are BASED ON that time period. If they were 100% historically accurate then we wouldn't be hacking our way through thousands in the first place. I'm happy that KOEI has been creative with the games and put their own spin on things.

Well some characters do use there historic weapons in the DW games,
Such as Guan Yu, Zhoa Yun Zhuge Liang and Cao Cao

I also do love the weapon change a little, Some character's weapons got a little boring for those who were introduced early in the series. I think characters that appeard in 4th and 5th should have been able to keep there weapons in 6th since they are still fairly new. I'm not that big of a fan on the cloned move set's It takes away the fun of using the cloned move set characters, there no longer unique!

I would love to see a character use a Rope dart, a long rope with a sharp dart tied to the end. The character could use it as a close range (swinging it around) and also use for long range, for any enemy in a distance. The Rope Dart could also possibly be used for a good crowd clearer, if the character swings the rope fast enough.

Look at your soldiers, now back to me, now back to your soldiers, now back to me. Sadly, they are not me, but perhaps if you started using the imperial seal, you could pretend they were me.  Look down, back up, where are you? You're at Hu Lao Gate with the soldier you wish your soldiers could be like. What's in your hand? I have it, it's a meat bun, for you. Look again; the meat bun is now Dim Sum

So am I, to an extent. One thing that I do not like is Lu Bu's latest weapon. It's just ridiculous, and his original halberd is synonymous with Lu Bu.
