Too Many Spears But looking at the latest update on Dw6 Empires They'll get they're weapons from Dw6 Special Except Lu Meng, Guan Ping, Cao Ren and Xu Huang They're Stayig with the Pikes & Halberds  It looks like Ling Tong has A Hideyoshi Hashiba Nuchaku Staff Ma Chao With a Broad sword and Yue Ying with a Crossbow? thats what it looks like in the picture Oh and They're bringing Meng huo back with a Totem pole Type weapon

This is very old news. But yeah, they're importing the changes to characters from the PS2 Dynasty Warriors 6, and adding a bulky Meng Huo with a pillar for a weapon.

I was wondering... Do you guys think it is possible that Zhang He's weapon is the large hair pin he has in his hair? Have you guys seen how big it is!!!!!. It is the size to where it could be used as a weapon. What do you guys think?

I really liked All the veapons in the previous games. DW6 weapons was boring...

i think wei yan needs his comet strike back and gaun ping needs his sword because whats better then a young warrior carring a weapon that looks like it took years to master than a young warrior with somthin seen alot.

Ehhhhh. I agree with Wei Yan, he definitely needs the comet strike back. As for Guan Ping, I disagree. I like the new weapon, it kinda reminds me of the father-son relaitonship. I mean his standard weapon is name Blue Dragon-Ji, or something like that. Since Guan Yu's weapon is Blue Dragon, it really gave me a vibe on how they were father and son. I do see where you are coming from with Guan Ping though.

What have you done Koei!?! Why has China got so much hair gel in 208AD!?! Why does Zhang Jiao look like Aslan!?! How can anybody take Alsan seriously? Oh no its the mighty Aslan and all his rebels, get back in your closet! His weapon... Oh what the hell... Aslan and his Devil Staff, pathetic really. Sun Jian has also fallen victim to Koei's new found idiotcy. His new weapon and armour set and increditable, they really show him as the warrior he was but why did they give him the hair!?! Why the hair!?! The mass excessive hair gel is here! Overall the new Sun Jian is much better just get rid of his dodgy hair and stick a helmet on him. Lu Xun is destoried beyond any reasonable measure, Xiahou Dun is missing his trademark sword and Zhang He is just... just... WHAT THE HELL KOEI!?! On the bright side Zhou Yun has a good new look but it just doesn't look like Zhou Yun anymore, only a few facial features and a spear remind us who he is. Gan Ning has become the most annoying character to play simply because hes been given Lu Xun's weapons upside down, has this stupid ringing sound following him whenever he runs and what is with the peacock neck? All the female characters are using non-melee weapons in a strongly melee game, with annoying whiney voices, typical anime-girl costumes and the "tomboy" Sun Shang Xiang is nothing like the wild-spirited tomboy she was, infact none of the female characters show any spirit at all. Koei you have finally annoyed me and plenty of loyal fans. I was there for the Romance for the Three Kingdoms Series and the Dynasty Warriors, Tactics, Xtreme and Empires, I have Samuri Warriors and almost every other title you've got. But you've turned your unqiueness into just another anime series and turned the Dynasty Warriors into just another bunch of no namer anime characters who are destined to become nothing more than hentai stars. Weldone Koei, the spirits of the dead heroes these games are based on look down in shame after all their acts of bravery, courage and strength and turned into another anime series of shame. Weldone Koei, weldone.

If thats how you feel then dont buy the games anymore, some people like the new changes some people dont. i am ok with the changes, there NOT TOO BAD! There trying to make the experiance better for fans, they took a risk and it didnt have a very good responce so they will try to fix there mistakes.

I like Lubu's spear should stay! The spear was bigger than the other characters and it symbolized superiority! With his other weapon they have on him now I find it is harder to kill a vast number of people around him... Lubu went from "I want that character sooo bad... He's the best!" to "Oh... I've unlocked all the characters... now what??"

I think Lu Bu's weapon is great too, but I don't think it's for Lu Bu. Lu Bu is known for having a halberd.

Lu Bu needs to go back to the weapon he had in DW5, and while thier at it, change his look aback also. Presently he looks like he is out of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
