I look them occasionally due of not making any sense in the game... I have encountered some games without making sense on some moves(just like Street Fighter 4).

To me, video game instruction manuals help both newcomers and veteran fans to perform better at whatever video game she or he is playing. For me, I look at them quite often when I'm playing a game.
