No Great Mischief by Alistair Macleod.  It's not a terrible book, but at some points in the novel it just describes way too much about the setting, and I hate it when novels do that.

Other than that I usually don't read boring books.

I don't have a lot of video's, but the majority of it is just random at best.

i'm not sure ... but all i know about a boring book is:
"if you guess what will happen next ( the chaptes) Or if
you don't understand the Author's ideas."

The Twilight Saga
Moby Dick
Pride and Prejudice
The Odyssey

All of them are boring, they seem so drab!

Look at your soldiers, now back to me, now back to your soldiers, now back to me. Sadly, they are not me, but perhaps if you started using the imperial seal, you could pretend they were me.  Look down, back up, where are you? You're at Hu Lao Gate with the soldier you wish your soldiers could be like. What's in your hand? I have it, it's a meat bun, for you. Look again; the meat bun is now Dim Sum

The Bible. That fact that I'm not christian didn't help at all.

Read the short version of Odyssey. You'd be considered a nut if you read the whole thing :O

Jane Austins "Emma" bored the very daylight out of the sky. That said, I haven't had to read "Pride and Prejudice" yet...

Years ago when I was in 10th grade I expected the required To Kill a Mockingbird to be a snoozer.  Instead, I loved it.  Loved Clavell's Shogun so I moved to King Rat, Loved it too, then on to Taipan...ZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz  The key I've found is to only read books on subjects you really like.

After reading La Morte de Arthur I decided to never read anything pre-19th century...but then I found myself desiring to learn about ancient oriental cultures.

I think I found Shakespeare at school pretty boring. I think I mainly found reading Shakespeare texts so boring because I did not really understand them properly. The language is so old fashioned, nobody uses it anymore. What is the point in reading, right? Well, or at least provide a translation for “normal” people.
