There's two ways to pit your characters off. You can either use your character with all the experience, weapons, and skills you've unlocked for him/her offline, or you can have it so you'ree both lvl 50 with lvl 1 weapons and a small, predetermined skill list.

Online play can be pretty bad when your opponent takes advantage of all the exploits, like putting all his officers in the same position. And too many of them either use a uber-maxed Musashi or a lvl 1 character. If your opponent fights honorably as a samurai should, though, it's a blast.

thanks for the information. i've been trying to get a match up for a week, i must just be going on at the wrong times. anyone who wants to request a match up, my XBOX Live tag is ferxigo. thanks again, Rockman.

By the way, if anyone else comes up with the same problem I've been having (frequent disconnects before the battle even starts), and figures out how to fix it, please put it up here. I still have trouble with that.

Pretty soon, I'm gonna have X-box live. I don't have any problems with my X-box 360, so I can't help you guys. 

Anyway, knowing most random people, they wouldn't care about rules you set up. They'd just do whatever they want, just for a win. Hope you recieved what I just said, Foomin.

uh? i really wish you just be plain, what did you mean by that. i've only played online twice and been beaten soundly both times.

thats cuz u need to know officer combinations, my officer combination is just pretty much 3 officers who can do some dmg +slow u down from killing the commander. other officer combinations for example kanestugu =slow magoichi=lose like 90% of health every 2 mins. if u use slow it'd take the enemy longer to reach magoichi making sure he can't kill him before the 2 mins are up and you also need a good main officer

(shakes head blushing) well, i must admit i had not read the manual before i played you. i really did not know my objectives. i will ask for a rematch soon.

I think that the online match suffers from lack of items. Without them, the only way to recover your health is through the Recovery command (which not every officer has) or the Cutthroat skill (restore health every 100 KOs). So when the enemy puts in Noh or Magoichi and backs them up with Yoshihiro or Kanetsugu, you're automatically in big trouble because your health is going to plummet and it will take you a while to counteract that. Too often it becomes a war of attrition, a contest of who can stay alive longer rather than who can take down the enemy. Because of this, now I only play as officers who can do Recover.

well this has never happened to me ever so it's just u and your opponent's connection to eachother

that would b ok on the X-BOX360 why not if they got it on other system they might it as well.

Not sure whats wrong really, it's SW2 plays fine with my xbox360
