I would be surprised if the people who helped Bei didn't help Quan in this case. It seems to be an issue of loving Liu Zhang less, as opposed to loving Cao, Quan or Bei more...
Zhang most likely would not invite Sun Quan into Yizhou. From there the number of differences in terms of officer loyalties are staggering.
