Not saying that blood makes a game, but when the game is about gladiators, it makes sense.

Like Shadow of Rome, although gladiators fighting with arms cut off was pretty unrealistic, the goriness of the fighting increased the fun.

Now, with Koei doing games like Fist of the North Star, doing another Colosseum with blood and better graphics, maybe multiplayer and other new things could be an awesome idea. Colosseum was the best game that made you feel like an actual gladiator (sans lack of blood).

this was my favorite ps2 game of all time, but now b/c my new ps3 isn't compatible with ps2 I can no longer play it. This being said if they would make another game even one in a new franchise I would buy it in a heart beat so please someone important read this lol.
