Does it affect your attacks or the enemy's? I mean:

() When you attack with a non-fire attack, the enemy takes half damage.
() When the enemy attacks you with a non-fire attack, you take half damage.

Pretty sure it defends all attacks by 50% but on the flipside if someone uses fire on that unit they are hit for double damage.

I made a bunch of created officers with LEAD somewhere between 65 and 75.
They only get 500 damage from the likes of Yan Liang and Zhao Yun.
