I saw this event but whenever I try to unlock it again, I can't seem to do it. I read that the requirements are you must take Jian Ye and Wu but whenever i take them, the cutscene won't appear even though my officers free (are doing nothing). are there officer requirements or time requirements? I usually conquer Wu by mid 196. Help Please.
