The programers designed the game the way they did for whatever reasons they had. There really isn't any purpose to test myself against the game. I'll win if I do my thing right. The game'll cheat as much as it can, keep trying to screw up anything I do blah blah blah. If I keep havin the problems I am the game is goin back in the box for awhile. This BS of havin low IQ guys chasin musket units so they can get confused n' lose is really old. Honestly they worked how many years on this game? Sorry bit peeved right now.  Anyways hope your finals went well.

well yeah game design is what i am in for. Also not a very good artist in my opinion but that's because i kind of belittle myself as if i don't know how to draw, if you would like i would show some of my work to you through....oh crap i forgot your using a phone. Anyways most of my work i started early but forget about it and work on it on the night before class (bad habit). Also the ideas from my head to be able to transfer it to paper look good but not what i was imagining. Do you have any art of the like?

doodles on paper. Like I said it's weapons. Alot of fantasy type weapons. Also a lot of stuff that I think could be useful but, I've never seen made anywhere. Alot of variations on a chinese sword, at least I refer to it as a sword. Its mostly handle 2-3 ft then a 15-25 in blade. The name of it escapes me I'll have to goggle it. It usually had a large metal ring on the handle end. I have actually held a functional 1 the guy kept telling me it was a naganato. The naganato is japanese has a longer/narrower blade a spear variation, used mounted.  Anyway I can view some attachments to emails n I don't know what else. If ya like my email is up here somewhere ya can send me some. Have you put anything in the gallery here in the koei forums?

Nice job on the horse! I really think you should keep your eyes out for any of stephan turnbulls battle bio books. There are lots of drawing photos murals n screens. I think they'd give you some more ideas.

Labors of love oft do take time. But you have the pride of having done something well. A master swordsmith in japan will probably work a month on a katana, sometimes more. A gunsmith might spend the same time or an artist to turn out a well crafted piece. I've made a few weapons/tools nothing really noteworthy, but functional.  The turnbull book is pretty light reading just over 90 pages. It is informational and he puts forth ideas without condeming anyones actions. The books are kinda geared for wargamers. I knew a few back in the day. And I think I'd heard turnbulls name mentioned. The wargaming movement is another pre internet, gaming consoles ect thing. For an artist like yourself these books are really neat with all the drawings n' photos of period works. Worth the 3.00$ for that alone. If ya are interested just google his name.

You know, I never did conquer expert mode... I just changed my entire opinion on hard difficulty levels. In story modes, I tend to play easy now a days, and save the headache for if I play against real people, where a different kind of diffuculty begins.
however, what do you guys think? Should I give this another shot?

I want as many people as possible to be a part of this game, so I would like it if you posted your opinions and played the game on this topic: http://www.koei.com/community/index.php?topic=14313.0

it's in the music section, under the topic title: "If Life Had A Soundtrack
