Wow, 31 months training!? That's got to be a fairly good position then? At least very skilled. I suppose a lot of it will be physical training as well. Well I'm glad you're doing something you're excited about.

As for me, I've had a few small paid and unpaid jobs, but I'm currently unemployed. On a similar note, apparently 100,000 British people under 24 years of age are on state benefits because they claim they're too ill to work. And frankly, that's embarrassing when you find out there are fears that about 75% of them are fakeing it. I just hope I find a job before too long.

Oh, and why on earth is the correct spelling for fakeing censored?

Basic training is 10 months, basic navigation training is 8 months and advanced/operational is up to 13 months depending on the type of helicopter they put me in. (Lynx, Merlin or Sea King, I'm hoping Lynx because that's the Ferrari of helicopter's) Then Front-line squadron. It's pretty awesome I think because if I pass the whole course it's automatic promotion to Lieutenant Commander. If some of you are wondering what the job is like, I was talking to an Aircrew Officer at the Royal Navy job office and he jokingly said " Think CoD chopper gunner."

No idea, it's not on the censored list so there shouldn't be any problem with it.

As for work, I currently work in a community regeneration charity and do Flash development as a contractor outwith that.

Word of advice for you zac xing cai, Stick in too it and your really enjoy it. I've done some awesome stuff in the cadet's, I've been driving in a Challenger 2 tank, raiding house's as training exercises, fired a Browning M2 .50 Caliber Machine Gun down a mile range. I know a friend who was in the Air Cadet's who got to fly in a Eurofighter Typhoon!
