This opens up an entire sub-genre of rivals, but men competing to take the reigns of a force that has just lost it's faction leader:
Yuan Tan, Yuan Xi, and Yuan Shang
Liu Qi and Liu Cong/Zong
Cao Shuang and Sima Yi
Li Jue and Guo Si (with Lu Bu, Wang Yun, Niu Fu, and Fan Chou thrown in there too)

That's a strange one. Are you sure you understand the word rivalry? It means enemies who compete with each other. I think Zhou Yu and Sun Quan were more allies than rivals.

After Ce died, I believe they got into internal rivalry. Who was Quan that time ?

His lord and master?
If Zhou Yu was ever a threat or a rival to Quan, he would have been completely and utterly neutered fast, either by Lady Wu or by Quan himself later.

Yuan Shao and Cao Cao. I love the idea of childhood friends becoming great rivals, also i believe there was respect between the two considering Cao Cao was in favor of Yuan leading the allied forces during the conflict with Dong.

Lu Bu vs Dong Zhou
I don't think I'd consider this a rivalry since Dong Zhuo didn't think that Lu Bu was his rival in any fashion and in order for there to be a rivalry both sides have to aknowledge its existance. Plus didn't Diao Chan dislike Dong Zhuo and Lu Bu knew this, thus Lu Bu knew he wasn't in contention with Dong Zhuo and knew Diao Chan was truly his all along.
Along the note of aknowledging the existence of the rivalry did Zhuge Liang not even think there was a rivalry between him and Zhou Yu or Sima Yi?
and next to Zhuge Liang's rivalry I believe the greatest rivalry existed between Gan Ning and Ling Tong.

Zhuge and Zhou Yu's rivalry is largely just the novel's invention.
If anything, I'd say Zhou Yu and Liu Bei had a rivalry, if any.. followed closely by Sun Quan and Liu Bei.
The best "rivalry" though, in my opinion is Yang Hu vs Lu Kang. I've always found the best rivalries involve a friendship of sorts, like Vegeta and Goku.

I think this match up might classify as a rivaly, though I'm not entirely sure...
Zhen Luo and Guo Nuwang?

Look at your soldiers, now back to me, now back to your soldiers, now back to me. Sadly, they are not me, but perhaps if you started using the imperial seal, you could pretend they were me. Look down, back up, where are you? You're at Hu Lao Gate with the soldier you wish your soldiers could be like. What's in your hand? I have it, it's a meat bun, for you. Look again; the meat bun is now Dim Sum

Also known as Zhen Ji and Empress Guo, rivalry was for Cao Pi though there were two other ladies involved.

How about Fei Yi vs Jiang Wei? Jiang Wei's militaristic view vs Fei Yi's economic view?

They maybe had different view angles, but to be a rival, I think no...Never heard both of them had crash or got into arguments.
I would say Jiang Wei vs Huang Hao...or maybe not rival....but enemy.
