Just started, nah...And believe me I get an itch sometimes to go on a tear and get the game over. Since much is already built up I wouldn't have to stop. But defeats the purpose of why I decided to play this game tis way.
bugg I go outside every day and now and again another game goes in the ps2. I've had the game since 2 days after its u.s. release. In some ways iron triangle is a better game but I'm fond of RTP, so I play it most of the time.
Anyways enjoy the labor day weekend

Mits ya lost me......
Game year is 1557. If the game stops screwing with I will start the spring turn. Every year, at times almost every turn is unique. Seeing officers develope from ok to great, watching fiefs get a third wall or great towers or even just seeing them develope well. All takes time, geez dude you'd probably laugh your butt off if you saw how many times I have to reload each turn trying to get decent upgrades in fiefs or ronin to appear. Then theres the hunts teas n poetery readings involving 130 officers thats just for oda and that goes on turn after turn. But it is a labor of love. I really enjoy seeing my officers becoming people they would write songs about. And hey who couldn't love a battle involving 8 regional lords.

ok understand now lol. And kinda ya kinda no to just starting. I actually began this game around christmas I believe, took a few months to play FF12 and a few others. It takes 5-8 weeks to complete a year, depending on how many diamyo I play each turn. I figure I should wrap up the game by 1570 or so. Since I'm trying to build up my officers to see how many can become 4 order guys or at least solid 3 order 1s, I'm not in any rush.

yeah FF12 can be really extensive especially when you are trying to clear everything but yeah man Nobunga's can be very much drain time away as if it never existed

Well ff12 I hate being told to do things in a certain order so after raithwalls tomb, I wander around alot. My main prob with the game is the random stat generator. I'd be censored or banned if I said the words I'd like. Thats how I got back to NA. Got so mad 1 day I pulled the ff disc outta the ps and flung it. Was aimin for the bed, but it went past hit the wall so..... Yes I have a bad temper at times. Being stubborn doesn't help much.  Ahh well.. The major battles I'd thought were gonna happen probably won't the game has never used more than 12000 troops in any fight. And jeez the game does so much stupid s**t, it used to be funny watchin it now its just sad. Between the item switchin the using the wrong officers not entering shelters not obeying orders(my personal pet peeve),hmm need to stop the rant. Bugg will be upset another thread he started, and now way off topic. Sorry bugg

People change lonewolf. I'd rather have a thread go off topic and stay active rather than the opposite. Besides, i too hate ffxii. I played through ffx for 35 hours straight to get to the end, where i realized that i used my gameshark to give yojimbo infinite health, as i wanted to see his zanmato move. But then i couldnt finish the game cuz it wouldnt let me kill stupid  yojimbo. Thats was my highlight of the day ._. i had to go back a long way where the last save point was. ='(

And i switch in between Na Rtp and iron triangle because the diffferences between the two remind me of the differences between rotk x and rotk xi

I like many features of FF12. More weapons woulda been nice. Seeing the armor you have equiped on your charactors would be sweet. Looking at them wearing the same gear for 100s of hours gets real old. I love the fact that they made some of the very best weapons/armor obtainable fairly early. Getting some is like burning bows from dive talons or a heavy lance from the filadent is luck. Getting the lindbur wolf to cough up several gladius's when its just vaan n' penlo at a low lvl is sweet. Or the fact you can go after the zodiac spear as soon as you've gotton off the leviathin. I hate not being able to carry more than 99 things not being able to have decent hp or mp. The game is ok but the way you used espers in FF6 to increase your stats was better. In fact the simple thing is just give me 2,3,4 points each time I level up let me putum where I want. Like champions of norrath does.

ya bugg please share can't leave people hanging like that<grin>. Personally I saw ff7 as a bad game. Bought the pc version it never worked. Tried the ps version never got off disc 1. So tell us about dragoon. Does anybody have experience with morrowwood? I think thats the name some guys were talking about on sonys station site awhile back. Side note..... Bugg hope you didn't see my comments about this being your thread as a hack at you, they wern't meant to be.
