i've noticed that when i play Takeda, Nagao conquest many castles in few years to east. Takeda can't rush Nagao before because two cities only and more enemies around ( Nagano, Ota, Saito ). When Takeda conquered the southern castles, Nagao is become too powerful ( 200000 men around ! ).
some suggestion against Nagao with Takeda ?
