So rather the ban the practise, which I admit probably wouldn't work as everyone viewed eunuchs as necessary part of court, you will kill hundreds of innocent people who do their duty to the utmost.
Sure, you can cite evil eunuchs, as I could cite evil gentry but these were a noted few, the majority of eunuchs were hardly evil.

Not to mention even evil people have spawned good and virtuous ideas. Not to mention, evil is very subjective. Without getting in to it too much, people view Cao Cao slaughtering Xu province as evil, while others view it as good (family loyalty.)
So killing all the "evil" people would certainly be difficult

Ganymedes attempted 3 times to kill Alexander the great.
The only Ganymedes that I am aware of that was an eunuch was during the fall of the Roman Republic, not anything to do with Alexander himself. He was involved with one of Alexander's general's descendants that was royalty in Alexandria. This Ganymedes was an eunuch of Arsinoe IV, who was the younger sister of Cleopatra and Ptolemy Euergetes (or Ptolemy XIII Alexander). He waged war against Julius Caesar in Alexandria after King Ptolemy's general Achillas was executed by Arsinoe. Nothing at all to do with Alexander the Great. And Ganymedes made no attempt to assassinate anyone of the Ptolemy bloodline. Ganymedes would lose two naval battles against Caesar. Eventually the people of Alexandria would summon Young Ptolemy to lead the war against Caesar in place of Arsinoe. Ganymedes died in the last battle of resistance against Caesar and Cleopatra's forces.
I am not an expert of the Three Kingdoms, but I know my Roman Republic.
Sorry for that being completely off topic, but I didn't want that inaccuracy to go unanswered.

simply and easily being rather fond of reading the great works of master strategist i would travel and discuss for years with the great worthies from all over. then most likely go and do whatever i could to save Pang Tong from such an undeserving death. Whilst doing some training with some of the greatest fighters who may ever have lived in any era or area's past, present or future.

Hm...
To start, I would give Gan Ning's servant some food....
Survey the era like Yue Fei said....
And to end it all, prolly either try to convince Yuan Shao to attack Cao Cao sooner or try to show Gongsun Zan a nice cliff and show him the fun of base jumping....without a parachute...before the whole, murder of Liu Yu thing.

I would tell Ma Teng and Ma Chao of Cao Cao's plans and to be weary of Han Sui. Ma Chao would not have declared war on Cao Cao then and there and maybe Ma Teng might not have visited Cao Cao when he did. They still more than likely would have gotten wipe out, but it would have given them more time to be prepared for an attack.
Another thing I would try to do is prevent the death of Sun Ce, Zhou Yu, Lu Meng, and Guo Si. To me if those four stayed alive a little longer it may have shifted the history of that time period. Imagine Sun Ce on the attack and Sun Quan carrying out defenses, which he was better at any way, and having the option to delgate to Zhou Yu, Lu Xun, Lu Meng, the two Zhangs, and Zhuge Jin. That would have rival anything that Wei and Shu could have put together. And I just feel bad for the way Guo Si died.

Probaly knock back a couple cold ones with the qiao sisters. Either that or find a way to kill off the Sun family.

first find Liu Bei in when he was sent to be taught under Lu Zhi, become best friends with him join the oath between Zhang Fei and Guan Yu. instead of Lu Bu being executed drive a long sword through him at Xia Pi. reunite the army in Ru Nan before battle of Guan Du Cao Cao finds some way to beat Yan and Chou. make sure Xu Shu does not get forced to join Cao, and recruit Zhuge Liang in just one try the right way. kill Cao Cao as he runs from Chi Bi, convince savve Pang Tong, Save Guan Yu and Jing Nan, stop Meng Da, capture Meng Hou only 3 times and convince him surrender, take over Liang and Yong by only 226, and simply bring Shu to victory.

Sounds like a solid plan! They sure could have used you back then.
A couple of things though, there was no oath in the peach garden, and Xu Shu wasn't forced to join Cao Cao.

well i guess i would really need all your help actually (so i did'nt end up dooming Shu instead of saving it). I am guessing in this you also are very intelligent and a good fighter right cause i don't think i would be able to do all that as a 14 year old. That would not be able to do all that in real life.

I think that Koei should all pay for us to go on a field trip to go back to 184. I'm sure Yue Fei could start a petition or something.
Somebody needs to teach me how to read, write, and speak Chinese before we go though.
