Koei Co. Ltd - Sengoku Musou 3 is Awesome

I know there are people who feel one way or the other about this, and I'm not going to try and change any minds; you're going to like what you're going to like. But to be honest, I have searched so hard to actually get a copy of this and get it working with my extremely picky Wii, and I have to say, Koei, guys...

...great job!

Of course, I'm satisfied because Okuni and Motocchika are in this, and I really am enchanted by the Murasamejou mode (it was one of my favourite games in younger days); I was actually moved nearly to tears seeing Takamaru in gorgeous 3D, in the style of my Musou friends.

The game plays incredibly smoothly, the visuals are fabulous, I love the redesigns to soup them up -- my two favourites Okuni and Motocchika look super-hot! Levels are fun, it's great to play...I play more in Free Mode anyway usually, so the loss of stories for some of the character isn't as considerable a loss in my opinion, but some may find it frustrating. Nonetheless, I think it's perfectly fun just going through Free Mode and doing what you like.

The new Edit Mode where you can create warriors is splendid, and the freedom of weapons is superb. I'm really happy with that above all, because earlier games were kind of hit or miss on this. I'm happy it's been included again, and so well.

I will definitely be buying this again when it's released in the US. Above all, I want to support the great work Koei has done on this game. A sequel well worth waiting for, one which I love vastly more than 2.

Great job. I just wanted to say that. People are always quick to say negative things, but never so quick to impart praise. I hope that perhaps it will be appreciated.
