This game isn't supported anymore really. These pc ports have always been just a quick release with little no none support. Quite a shame since the pc ports are always superior.

i dont think this game works on windows 7 either, my geforce 9600m works fine on it and i have vista and it works

I have win7 64b and I can confirm it working.

8800gtx for my gpu.
