Man I played BLOODRAYNE in my pitchblack den. I was cool until I reached the boss. He just kept growing and growing. Oh man he was hard to beat and nightmarish.

Way back in the day, I tried Resident Evil 2 and I didn't like it because it scared the crap out of me.

I just watched a demo for SAW: The Video Game. It looks really intense, lol. There's a lot of traps to maneuver through and stuff, and it's in a really dark setting, so it looks like it could be really scary. Just my kind of game.  Wink

I'm never been truly scared by a video game, not like I was after watching The Exorcist for the first time.  I will say that after I started playing XMen Legends 2: Rise of Apocolypse I was a little disturbed by many of the videos in the game.  They were VERY dark and depicted a truly horrific world, I understand the "Apocolypse" aspect but this is just something I find difficult to think about.

You guys ever played the condemed game for the xbox? Play that with no lights on! I will have fear of mannequins..

Doom 3 gave me a little jump here and then. Clock Tower, a little like Res had it's moments.

Look at your soldiers, now back to me, now back to your soldiers, now back to me. Sadly, they are not me, but perhaps if you started using the imperial seal, you could pretend they were me.  Look down, back up, where are you? You're at Hu Lao Gate with the soldier you wish your soldiers could be like. What's in your hand? I have it, it's a meat bun, for you. Look again; the meat bun is now Dim Sum

I just watched the demo for Batman: Arkham Asylum. Despite not really being a scary game, some of the characters were pretty horrifying. Two of them specifically I couldn't stand: Mr. Zsasz and Killer Croc. Even listening to their audio tapes was pretty freaky. Now it wasn't like I lost sleep over it or anything, but the characters in general really freaked me out.

Soul Blade
-The scene where Cervantes turns into Soul Edge. His voice and The music behind it scared the crap out of me.
-Hwang's bad ending where he turns bad. The music behind it scared the crap out of me, too.
-Mitsurugi's face on the intro used to scare me. Not anymore though.
-Taki's stage when the ghost pops out from the cave. Pretty creepy sight.

Tekken
-Heihachi scared me a lot on Tekken 2, especially the arcade FMV. Sooooo creepy. -Kazuya/Devil scared me a lot too on many occasions (His face on the (Character vs. Kazuya) screen, the Tekken 3 arcade opening, and this illusion game that I saw on manji-clan.com, here you are supposed to see the clouds in this picture of Jun move. Just as soon as the clouds move up, a big flash of Devil appears on the screen. That scared me completely.

Resident Evil
-This French Resident Evil 4 commercial where you see a woman breastfeeding her baby. The camera goes from the baby, to the woman's face, which was horrifying and scary. I had to get out of my house at the sight of that.

Earthworm Jim-
-All I can say is "Queen-Slug-For-A-Butt". CREEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPYYYY.

X-Men Mutant Academy-
-It was 1:00 in the morning and I was just getting this game. I unlocked the codes and all (because the game was extremely hard). I look at some of the endings, and there were three that scared me, and it began with Sentinel B. You hear him saying "genetic trash" or something like that, and this instant static comes on the screen. I was scared of even playing that game anymore.

Mortal Kombat-
-"Toasty!"

Speaking of Aliens, I've been waiting for the game "Aliens: Colonial Marines" for the longest time, and it's never come out. I wonder if they cancelled it...
Personally, I'm surprised that there haven't been that many AVP games (or just Alien games in general, Alien referring to the Alien Franchise). All those monsters are pretty freaky. I think they'd do a good job with that kind of game. It'd be pretty scary at least.

Theres a lot more than just marine horror part. There is an Alien part which is stealth and a Predator part which is action, topped off with fun multiplayer games such as Infestation and Hunter.
