Ive never heard of Shigeharu Hanbei Takenaka in a 3 times visit event. If that is true it really has nothing to do with the topic. I would see why you claim him to be the true Zhuge Liang, that is quite an odd coincidence.

BTW i have found many similliar officer from TK, Kenshin Kagetora Nagao Uesugi is same with Liu Bei becuse both of them always talking to end the chaos and make peace, Shingen Harunobu Takeda is same with Yuan Shao i think because both of them is smart, Hideyoshi Tokichiro Kinoshita Hashiba Toyotomi is same with my ancestor Zhao Yun because they always at their lord side but the problem is Hideyoshi is a monkey and ugly but my ancestor is handsome, and Nobunaga Oda is same with Cao Cao because look at his face, same huh? and both of them has evil spirit.

Koei versions of these games (Including Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dynasty Warriors, Nobunaga's Ambition, and Samurai Warriors) are only based on the actual history, and is often romanticized to appeal to the masses. The real history of these subjects are the subject of many books and internet sites.

So, Hanbei in the video games might be like Zhuge Liang in Dynasty Warriors series, but in real history, you could debate if his ideals or plans were like Liang of centuries past.

Though, I hate Zhuge Liang, I rate Hao Zhao over him.

However, it was mentioned in a previous post about Yukimura's father, Miyasuki, who handed Ieyasu's son's  to him during his attack on their lands around the time of Sekigahara, though, this is mainly on par with Hao Zhao's victory against Zhuge Liang, but let's not forget the fact that the Sanada were able to remain stable, politically thanks to the efforts of Miyasuki.

why would that be Masamune was more of a general not a strategist, you could also argue that kenshin and Shingen are the true Sima yi and Zhuge liang due to their rivalry and intelect

Amago Haruhisa and Mori Motonari were two great men in my opinion. I believe them to be closer to Zhuge Liang(Motonari) and Sima Yi(Haruhisa) than any other.
