Which is true... Lu Bu is not on the 100th floor it's actually Guan Yu and Zhang Fei Laugh Out Loud... Nah just playing they not but who is on there is Yukimura Sanada and Mitsunari Ishida and they when you beat them down they spit out GOLD, GOLD, and more GOLD.

.......... i got to floor 100 and well i killed zhang fei and then me and guan yu killed each other at the same time and it sais draw meaning (i lost) so much for getting past that my highest is now 100

I think 120 is where I got tired of playing Survival and went back to playing stages. Been almost a year since I actually sat down and played survival mode.
I do love the mass amounts of gold you get tho. Money money money... MONEEEEY!

I used the man that I idolize in the Sengoku Era: Tadakatsu Honda.

At the time I was using his Third Weapon, And it had a demon element on it. And all of the stats were at Twenty.

As for techniques? I just juggled... ALOT. And used Tadakatsu's Guard Breaking move: The X,X,Y,Y,Y. Since the Computers have a blocking disorder. Cheesy

The thing I've found about SW2 is that there are character that are great in Story/Free mode, but you really have to be something special to do well in Survival mode.  I actually just got past 100 floors yesterday for the first time with Musashi, who I think is the undisputed champion of Survival mode.  I love Tadakatsu in Story/Free mode but I find him to slow to be incredibly affective in Survival.  As far as my favorite characters in Story/Free mode that I feel suck in Survival...

Masamune: Weak
Nagamasa: Slow
Tadakatsu: Slow
Ginchiyo: Attacks are great versus crowds, not as great versus generals
Kanetsugu: Slightly better at killing generals than Ginchiyo

I like Keiji and Sakon second to Musashi in Survival as both are well rounded.  If SW2 had agility boosts like in the Orochi series I think Tadakatsu would absolutely dominate no questions asked.

I understand where your coming from, Yes, Tadakatsu Honda is a bit slow, But if you have Dexterity on his or anyone's weapon, It increases their attack speed.

Take Hideyoshi Toyotomi's Fourth Weapon:

20 Speed
20 Speed
20 Speed
20 Luck
20 Luck
20 Dexterity
20 Dexterity
20 Dexterity
20 Reach

Now you can image how fast Hideyoshi Toyotomi Attacks, Plus, He already has a monsterous reach, So that'd make him TWICE as annoying. (When fighting him).

As far as giving you a more detailed method of how I made it that far?

Just be aware of your surrondings, Know yourself, And your position.

Know your enemy, And know their position.

Do that, and you to will process far within Survival Mode.

One more thing I'd like to add:

As far as what kept me going?

I swore that I'd get to face Lu Bu on floor 1,000. But he was nowhere to be found.

But something good did happen, I was extremely RICH... Cheesy
